Vektrum Labs · In pilot

One Brain. Every AI. Your Business.

Your company's knowledge, skills and workflows, connected to the AI tools you choose.

2–3 minutes · no commitment

Compatibility is confirmed per tool and per project.

Where you start

Your company already knows a lot. The hard part is putting it within reach of your AI.

Is your knowledge scattered?

Procedures in one folder, manuals in another, the right answer in the head of whoever has been here longest. Everyone searches their own way.

Every new AI relearns the company.

You switch tools or try a new agent and explain everything again: how you work, what you sell, how you decide.

Context without access limits is a risk.

Handing everything to an AI is risky. Each role should see what concerns it, and nothing more.

What it is

A company-context layer, independent of any one AI tool.

Brain is

  • One place where your company's authorised knowledge is organised
  • Queryable through API/MCP by compatible AI tools, with permissions by role
  • On Business and Enterprise, a registry of approved skills (task instructions) and workflow definitions
  • Independent: if you change AI tool, the company context stays with you

Brain is not

  • A chatbot, an AI model, or a replacement for the tools you already use
  • An ERP or a process runner: it stores and exposes definitions, it does not execute them
  • A box that knows everything: it only works with what the company authorises

How it works

Four steps, from scattered knowledge to shared context.

  1. 01

    Connect authorised sources

Together we pick the sources (for example Drive, SharePoint, Notion or document folders) and what may, or may not, go in.

  2. 02

    Organise the knowledge

Procedures, products, manuals and rules are structured to be read by people and by AI.

Business and Enterprise: with skill and workflow registries

  3. 03

Keep it current, improve with approval

Supported, configured sources update. Improvements based on feedback only go in once you approve them.

  4. 04

    AI tools query the Brain

Compatible tools query the context through API/MCP, and each role only reaches what it has been given.

API and MCP are two standard ways for an AI tool to query an outside source. In each project we confirm which one your tool uses.

In 2–3 minutes you can see what your Brain would look like: sources, access groups and tools.

Situations

Where this makes a difference.

Illustrative example

A group of two clinics

Care procedures and protocols are shared across both sites, with separate access by clinic and by role. Patient records are outside the default scope.

Illustrative example

A professional services firm

Templates, proposals and methodology are available to the whole team; each client's documents only reach the people working on that client.

Illustrative example

An industrial company

Manuals, operating procedures and maintenance plans in one context, so teams and agents always consult the version in force.

Control and security

You define access, and it applies to every package.

Authentication and least-privilege access in every package

Each role sees only what it has been given. It is not an Enterprise extra.

On your infrastructure or managed by Vektrum

You can install Brain on your own infrastructure. Management by Vektrum is optional and by proposal.

Open formats and export

Knowledge is kept in open formats and can be exported. The data stays the company's.

Sensitive data only after its own assessment

Health or other sensitive data needs a separate privacy and security assessment before it comes into scope.

What the pilot is validating

Brain is in development and in pilot. With real companies we are validating the connection to common sources, permissions by role, and compatibility with the AI tools teams already use. That is why we confirm each project's scope in a conversation before going ahead.

3 role types are not 3 people: each type (for example management, sales, operations) can have several people.

Vektrum Managed (hosting and operation)

Optional, by proposal.

Alternative: install Brain on your company's own infrastructure.

Implementation

We start from your first need.

01

First need. What you want your AI tools to know first.

02

Sources. Where that knowledge lives today and what is authorised to go in.

03

People and access. Who sees what, by role type.

04

AI tool. Which tool we connect first and how compatibility is confirmed.

05

Acceptance criteria. We agree up front how we check that it works.

Timeline: an estimate that depends on your sources and integrations. We confirm it in the proposal.

FAQ

The questions we get first.

Is it another chatbot?

No. Brain does not talk to anyone and is not an AI model. It organises the company's authorised knowledge and makes it available, with permissions, to the AI tools you already use.

Where does the data live?

The data belongs to the company. In each project we decide which sources connect and where Brain is hosted: on your infrastructure, or managed by Vektrum (optional, by proposal).

Does it work with Claude and ChatGPT?

It is designed for compatible tools, such as Claude, ChatGPT or internal agents, that query Brain through API/MCP. Compatibility is confirmed per tool and per project; we do not promise universal compatibility.

What are skills and workflows?

Skills are task instructions approved by the company (for example, how to answer a quote request). Workflows are step-by-step definitions of a process. Business and Enterprise include registries where they are stored and made available to your AI tools.

How does Brain learn?

It does not absorb everything that happens in your tools on its own. Supported, configured sources update automatically; improvements based on feedback or events only go in if they are explicitly integrated and approved by you.

Can I host it on my own infrastructure and export the content?

Yes. Installing on your infrastructure is an alternative to management by Vektrum, and the knowledge is kept in open formats you can export.

Does Brain execute processes?

No. It stores and exposes process and skill definitions; the tool or agent you choose does the executing. Brain is not an ERP or an automation runner.

Does “Business” mean 3 users?

No. It means up to 3 role types (for example management, sales, operations). Each type can have several people.

What if we handle health data?

Health and other sensitive data are not included by default. They need a separate privacy and security assessment before being brought in.
